The trial version is a fully functional copy of the product. It is provided to organisations for 15 days solely for evaluation purposes. As such, each knowledge base is only operable via the provision of its own unique password. When you have successfully downloaded the software, contact us to obtain the requisite passwords.

Documentation .... installation instructions and evaluation guide (MS-WORD). Approx 20 kb

It is highly recommended that both these files are downloaded and that the installation and evaluation guide is followed closely.
